Sahure Hanım Turkish Coffee is processed in facilities with the latest technology machines and equipment in 7500-m2 closed area.
In Sahure Hanım Turkish Coffee production facilities, Arabica beans are roasted based on the roasting parameters specified for it to reach the ideal color, taste and aroma, in our roasting machines with a capacity of 5 tons a day. Immediately after the roasting process, the product is rapidly cooled down in an air-cooling system to prevent the beans from continuing roasting with its own heat.
We grind our coffee beans in our high-technology and water-cooling mills. In order to keep the genuineness and the freshness of the coffee, we package our products untouched in a modified atmosphere. We enable delivery in a very short time period thanks to our strong distribution network.
